Every destination we serve is personally vetted and approved to meet our standards for safety, reliability, and on-the-ground execution, with new destinations added only when they are ready to be managed responsibly

How we select and expand destinations

Elite Safari Booking does not list destinations solely based on popularity. Every country we serve is personally reviewed and approved by our founder, who evaluates operator quality, safety and security conditions, lodge standards, and logistical feasibility. As our network and oversight grow, we selectively add new African destinations only when we can manage them with the same level of accountability, consistency, and care.

Destinations We Currently Serve

Structured Safari Planning Across Select African Regions

Elite Safari Booking currently manages safari planning in select destinations where we maintain established operator relationships, safety oversight, and logistical familiarity. We do not publish promotional packages or pre-set itineraries. Each safari is custom-designed and managed in accordance with our defined standards of safety, transparency, and accountability. Below are the countries we currently serve.

Kenya

Kenya combines iconic wildlife regions such as the Maasai Mara with private conservancies and cultural experiences. Successful planning requires understanding regional access, seasonal movement patterns, and conservation regulations. We coordinate Kenya safaris through vetted partnerships, adhering to defined safety and performance standards.

Uganda

Uganda is known for mountain gorilla trekking, chimpanzee tracking, and diverse landscapes. Gorilla permits, regional logistics, and terrain considerations require structured planning and early coordination. We oversee Uganda safari planning with careful attention to safety protocols, permit management, and pacing.

Tanzania

Tanzania offers diverse wildlife ecosystems, including the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Ruaha. Planning in Tanzania requires awareness of seasonal patterns, migration timing, and careful logistical pacing due to the distances between regions. We design and manage Tanzania safaris under structured advisory oversight, ensuring alignment on safety, operational coordination, and financial clarity.

Rwanda

Rwanda offers mountain gorilla trekking and highland forest experiences. Planning requires coordination of permits, elevation considerations, and conservation compliance. We manage Rwanda safaris in accordance with our advisory standards to ensure clarity, preparation, and accountability.

Botswana

Botswana provides remote, conservation-focused safari experiences across the Okavango Delta and surrounding regions. Logistics and seasonal access require professional coordination. We structure Botswana safaris under defined oversight and vetted partnerships.

South Africa

South Africa offers a range of wildlife regions and infrastructure-supported access to safaris. Planning requires alignment between expectations, property standards, and seasonal factors. We coordinate South Africa safaris through structured advisory management.

Expanding Destinations

We selectively expand into additional destinations only after operational vetting and safety review. If you are interested in a country not listed above, you may request a consultation to assess feasibility.

Planning begins with alignment

If one or more of these destinations align with your goals and you value professional guidance
and accountability, the next step is to apply.
